Biomonitoring and control technology: enablers for a patient centric care

This seminar is a joint organization of Leuven.Inc, Leuven Medical Technology Center (L-MTC) and imec, powered by Flanders Smart Hub.

Medical biomonitoring and control systems allow continuous and real time collection of information on the human body. New sensors and sensing systems, in combination with the latest ICT developments, offer a new range of possibilities in patient care and disease management.
These technologies enable a paradigm shift from the current hospital centric care to a patient centric care.
This seminar will highlight trends and evolutions in this field.
