TEDx is once more coming to Leuven!  As a member of Leuven.Inc you get the privilege to participate. Listen to and share ideas worth spreading during this half-day conference on "Serendipity".

Started in California 25 years ago, TED has grown to support those world-changing ideas with multiple initiatives. At a TEDx event, the world's most fascinating thinkers and do-ers are challenged to bring their story in 18 minutes time. Their talks are then made available, free, at TED.com.

Serendipity. Such a mysterious word. And yet, you stumble upon its effects every day. Does this sound familiar to you?
Without serendipity, there’s no life as we know it. You and I would not even be here – let alone meet without serendipity.

TEDx Leuven wants to tickle your mind and boost your energy levels. 10 speakers from all walks of life will enthrall you with a multitude of surprising new insights. 
Be prepared to be put off balance. In a stimulating way of course!

Location

TEDx Leuven is a half day event, starting at 14:00h.
The conference will take place at The “Promotiezaal” of the KU Leuven, Naamsestraat 22.

Pre-registration

The TEDx Leuven Main Event will welcome 300 participants (150 seats for students and 150 seats for professionals).
Seats are given on a first come, first served principle, so signing up quickly is important!

A walking dinner is foreseen after the conference where you can have a chat with our speakers and exchange insights, surprises and laughter with your fellow attendees.

• Students - without walking dinner - 9 EUR (don’t forget to bring your student card!)
• Students - with walking dinner - 39 EUR
• Professionals - with walking dinner: 39 EUR
