FlandersBio, the umbrella organisation of the life sciences and biotech sector in Flanders, and Janssen Pharmaceutica will be organising the Seminar Translational Medicine Spotted... in Brussels on Tuesday 23 November 2010.
Belgian pharma (Janssen Pharmaceutica, GSK, UCB) and biotech companies (Amakem, Pronota) will present how they bridge research discoveries and clinical applications, leading to innovative marketable medicines for the benefit of patients. Also the activities of the new Center for Medical Innovation (CMI) will be presented. Through multi-disciplinary collaborations between academic and biopharma actors, Translational Medicine secures the future pipelines and will lead towards breakthrough products and services.
