This Executive Master Class is an advanced management programme designed for all who are concerned with creating new businesses. This programme is ideal for:

Programme topics
The programme is divided into two major parts:

1. Executive education (modules)
During the residential opening seminar the basic concepts about innovation & entrepreneurship are introduced. The 12 core modules provide in-depth teaching on: idea generation & concept development, innovation management, becoming an entrepreneurial leader, new venture marketing, defining and implementing the strategic logic of the organisation, developing business models, bringing your product or service to the market, financial plans (the basics), growing the new business, valuation of entrepreneurial & innovative projects, collaboration & open innovation, entrepreneurial finance (structuring deals). The closing seminar offers an extensive workshop on the due diligence of a business plan, integrating the concepts learned during the programme. This module also discusses the role of governments and internationalisation in new business creation.

2. In-company project (coaching sessions)
During the programme, participants have the opportunity to contribute to an in-company project which is supported by 4 coaching sessions and allows participants to translate their knowledge into business practice. The final outcome is a business plan/case, which ultimately is presented in module 15 to a mixed board of Vlerick faculty, investors and business experts.
