LEUVEN MINDGATE

International workshop: New Opportunities and Challenges in Water Governance

Organisation: CROSSTALKS in collaboration with the Royal Belgian Institute of Natural Sciences and PLACES (www.openplaces.eu/)
Part of project: (2011-...): Bridges over troubled water

The management of water and water-related issues will become central to sustainable adaptive actions. Hence CROSSTALKS, in her own interdisciplinary and bottom up way, wants to use its network and open exchange platform to build bridges between the sciences and society, between academic and corporate research, between the perils for our earth and the needs of an expansive population, between the insights at the CROSSTALKS forums and the priorities on the political agenda.
