Vlerick Executive Master Class in Innovation & Entrepreneurship

Organised by Vlerick Leuven Gent Management School.

Innovation is at the top of corporate agendas. Yet, innovation remains a challenge. Companies struggle to remain leaders in their markets, often ceding leadership to industry outsiders. It’s often difficult to find the right balance between entrepreneurial and corporate approaches to innovation.

The Executive Master Class in Innovation & Entrepreneurship (EMCIE) turns participants into Innovation Champions – capable of converting inventions into successful businesses and designing and managing their organisations for innovative performance.

Who should participate?

This Executive Master Class is an advanced management programme designed for all who are concerned with creating and transforming new businesses.

The programme is ideal for:

• Business development managers
• R&D managers
• project leaders of innovative projects
• TTOs
• Scientific researchers
• Owners-managers
• Participants should have at least 3 years of relevant work experience. Anyone who meets this condition, will be invited for an intake interview.

Our goal is to have the participants represent a rich diversity of businesses and thus bring a wealth of experience to the programme.

Duration: 26 days (6 modules of 4 consecutive days, and 2 days in-company project presentations)
