The development of Campus Remy has started!

The construction works for the first 10.500 m² building of Campus Remy have taken off. After long administrative problems, the developer was finally able to start the construction of this new office park in the Leuven region.

This unique new business park will be erected in a green environment between the Leuven canal and the station of Wijgmaal on the site of the well-known 1855 Remy factory. A modern business park consisting of newly built offices as well as renovated industrial loft style units. The development is a blend of modern design with old industrial heritage. The large landscaped gardens will provide a green and pleasant environment. The tourist promoted canal is located alongside the site as well and can offer a welcome distraction.

This 10.500 m² new building has an optimal gross/net ratio of 7,34%. Units as of 160 m² are available as of March 2003. Fifty percent of the building has already been pre-let. A large public parking, next to the railway station, will be constructed as well upgrading the parking ratio.
