GIMV Invests EUR 4,7 Million in Belgian Clear2Pay

GIMV invests EUR 4,7 million in Belgian softwarecompany Clear2Pay (www.clear2pay.com). This investment is part of a new funding round of Clear2Pay totalling 15,7 million euro.

GIMV invests in Clear2Pay for the first time and acts as co-lead investor together with AGF Private Equity. Other investors in this round are the existing shareholders Intel, Quest for Growth,
Trustcapital Management, Big Bang Ventures and the management of Clear2Pay. No further financial details on this transaction will be published.
