Materialise presents a comprehensive range of software solutions for additive manufacturing at EuroMold 2009

Leuven, November 30, 2009. The latest innovations in additive manufacturing software solutions will be showcased by Materialise at EuroMold 2009, December 2 - 5 at Frankfurt Main. Materialise will exhibit the Magics e-RP Solution Suite - the comprehensive range of software solutions for additive manufacturing at booth C62 in the new hall 11.

Highlights include the recently launched Magics 14, the live link-up of Materialise's Magics e-RP with laser sintering machines at the EOS booth and e-Tools - the automated and modular range of work preparation operations.

Magics 14 is the leading pre-processing software solution for the rapid prototyping and additive manufacturing industry. Magics 14 is bursting with lots of new features and comes equipped with the new Extreme Support Services, which enables users to make the most of the powerful Magics software.

Demonstrations of Magics 14 are open to everyone at EuroMold.
A live link between Materialise's Magics e-RP project and process management solution and the EOSINT P 395 and EOSINT P 760 laser sintering systems that make their first appearence on the EOS booth (C08, Hall 11, www.eos.info) will be demonstrated at EuroMold.

Magics e-RP will manage the EOS build platform planning and provide a live machine planning overview of the EOS machines on a large screen located on the Materialise booth.
The live collaboration will illustrate how Magics e-RP improves communications, manages data, facilitates planning, ensures process traceability and enables reporting.
EOS have Magics e-RP installed at their in-house e-Manufacturing site in Munich.

e-Tools - a range of automated build preparation operations that are managed by Magics e-RP and are easily accessible via Magics 14 will also be demonstrated. Materialise will show how the modular e-Tools can speed up and increase the efficiency of everyday procedures such as labeling, slicing, texturing and file fixing.

'Through the impressive additive manufactured Julia.MGX chandeliers by Peter Jansen that we have on our booth, we are able to demonstrate the wide range of integrated and customized additive manufacturing software solutions that we provide', remarked Nico Foqué, Manager of Materialise's RP&M department.
