BEST is searching for a case study partnership in the framework of its Engineering Competition Leuven

BEST, Board of European Students of Technology, is an organisation for European engineering students, present in 33 countries, with local groups that are active at 96 universities.
Each local group provides several activities throughout the year, for BEST members as well as a broad public of other international students.

Each year at KU Leuven, BEST organises the local round of EBEC (European BEST Engineering Competition). The winners then participate in the regional (Benelux) round, after which follows the big European final. The competition itself is split up in two categories wherein the students can participate. One of these consists of working out a solution for a company case.

EBEC Case Study Partnership

As EBEC Case Study Partner, you can present a problem to multidisciplinary teams of engineering students.  This forms an interesting opportunity to let them get acquainted with typical company affairs in an interactive way. Students consider EBEC a very accessible event, in which they can bring their acquired knowledge into practice. This is clearly an ideal chance for companies to present themselves and raise interest among a large group of participants!

The subject is very open: it might be any technical or management-related topic that requires strong analytical skills. On top of that, the Case Study Partner can make a lot of promotion (e.g. on our website and in EBEC presentations given to the students) and will of course be presented in the jury during the competition.
