Substantial progress has also been made in the engine domain, with the new Model Test Bench for effective engine characterization, modeling and comparison/validation against test data, and combustion fitting tools for advanced and comprehensive combustion model calibration.

LMS Imagine.Lab AMESim Rev 11 also catches Aerospace market’s attention with its new development library for Aerospace with dedicated components and demonstrators. Rev 11 allows for simplified thermal condition definition and performance analysis for the aircraft cabin as well as for further investigation in the More Electrical Aircrafts domain; two new turbo-shaft demonstrators are provided to integrate power source modeling and simulation for enhanced virtual integrated aircraft analysis.

LMS Imagine.Lab AMESim Rev 11 offers an increased number of components to support more applications and extended physical modeling, with more and more accuracy in the software-embedded physics for the thermal, fluid, electrical and mechanical domains.
