AnSem announces the appointment of Dirk Logie as CEO

Leuven, September 2nd, 2011 - AnSem NV, a global leader in analog semiconductor design, announces the appointment of Dirk Logie as Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Logie will succeed Mr. Stefan Gogaert, who will continue to serve the company as its Chief Strategy Officer.

Mr. Logie, a former Philips Semiconductors' VP, is a senior executive with broad international experience in leading semiconductor businesses to growth and success. Mr. Logie was previously CEO of Chipidea Semiconductors in Leuven, prior to its acquisition by MIPS Technologies.
